Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy:
Here is our updated, simple cancellation policy for your peace of mind:
The following terms apply if you cannot attend your holiday;
- If we have 2 or more weeks notice of a cancellation we will fully refund your payments.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your stay you will be liable for the full cost of your holiday unless the dates can be resold
Cancellations & Insurance
Once a booking is confirmed, i.e. the deposit has been paid and the booking accepted, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on the invoice. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance with your insurance broker.
Terms and Conditions:
To secure your booking a non-refundable payment of £150 per Holiday property is required ( unless your booking is for a holiday to be taken less than 2 weeks from the booking date in which case the full balance will be due at the time of booking).
An additional £100 refundable damage deposit per property per holiday is also required which will be refunded within 1 weeks of the end date of your holiday.
Deductions from your security deposit will only be made if you violate the agreed terms and conditions of hire ( this document), if you are the cause of excess cleaning or if your actions directly result in the necessity for another guest to have their holiday refunded.
For bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.
Whilst we will always endeavour to allocate your specifically requested property, we are unable to guarantee them.
Please remember you are staying in a woodland camping environment with live animals and other hazards. Some of the camp equipment can be dangerous if misused.
