COVID 19 Policy
With Covid still part of our lives our housekeeping team are still working hard deep cleaning properties for your protection.
If you feel unwell during your stay please inform us so our cleaners can take extra precautions. Naturally, please do not attend your holiday if you have Covid.
Here is our updated, simple cancellation policy for your peace of mind:
The following terms apply if you cannot attend your holiday;
- If we have 2 or more weeks notice of a cancellation we will fully refund your payments.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your stay we will reopen your dates and refund whatever proportion of your dates we can resell with no admin fees.
Cancellations & Insurance
Once a booking is confirmed, i.e. the deposit has been paid and the booking accepted, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on the invoice. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance with your insurance broker.
Please do consider travel insurance. There are now several insurance companies ( such as STAYSURE*) that offer domestic policies covering COVID cancellations for as little as £8 for a 2 night stay.
